There are certain third-party integrations that are essential to Schaffer & Company Realtors’ operation of this website that Schaffer & Company Realtors has no ability to edit. Through its webmaster agent, Schaffer & Company Realtors has contacted integration service providers and pursued and requested accessibility or the ability to edit from each but has not been able to reach a full accessibility resolution for these services.
As Schaffer & Company Realtors does not have the resources or capacity to recreate the services offered and the services are essential to the operation of realestateinlodi.com, Schaffer & Company Realtors believes that subsections (iii) under Sec. 12182(b)(2)(A) of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provide for relief:
(iii) unless the entity can demonstrate that taking such steps would fundamentally alter the nature of the good, service, facility, privilege, advantage, or accommodation being offered or would result in an undue burden
