 It seems I have been involved in the real estate business my whole life. My father, Ben Schaffer was one of the founders of Katzakian & Schaffer Real Estate. He started in the business of real estate when I was born. My father worked in the business until his death in 1997. I earned my real estate license in 1979 and my broker's license in 2003. Today, I work in the same office location that my father established in 1965. I, like my father, continue to enjoy helping clients achieve their dream of owning a home. I feel the experience & patience that my father had are the same assets that I continue to bring to each transaction.
